Support

Squad is early, so things will break. Telling us is genuinely useful — emailsupport@squadsportsclub.com and say what you were doing when it went wrong.

The sign-in code hasn't arrived

Check your spam folder first — sign-in codes from a new app often land there. The code expires after an hour, so if it has been a while, ask for a new one from the sign-in screen. If nothing arrives at all, email us with the address you tried.

Android says the app is unsafe to install

That warning appears for any app installed outside the Play Store, which is how the preview version is shared. Android will ask whether to allow installs from your browser; allow it once and the install proceeds. This stops applying when Squad is on the Play Store.

I can't see any games near me

Widen the distance filter, and check the "when" filter is not set to a day with nothing on. If there is genuinely nothing nearby, create a game — it is the only way a new area gets started, and it takes about a minute.

Why does it say a game is unconfirmed?

The host set a minimum number of players and it has not been reached yet. The game becomes confirmed the moment it is, and everyone who joined finds out. Hosts can also set no minimum at all, in which case the game goes ahead whatever the turnout.

Someone didn't turn up

After a game finishes, open it and confirm who was there. That is what keeps show-up rates meaningful. If someone is a repeated problem you can report them from their card in the game, and block them so their games stop appearing for you.

Deleting your account

Open Profile in the app and tap Delete my accountat the bottom — it removes everything immediately. If you cannot access the app, email support@squadsportsclub.com from the address you signed up with. See the privacy page for what gets removed.
